Doechii Partners Samsung To Launch Galaxy S25 Edge

Award-winning artist Doechii has partnered with Samsung Mobile to promote the company’s latest smartphone, the Galaxy S25 Edge.

Samsung Galaxy announced the Grammy Award-winning artist as the newest Team Galaxy member on Wednesday, May 28.

In a campaign to promote the brand, the talented artist highlighted how features of the Galaxy S25 Edge fit her lifestyle.

Samsung has said it will host an exclusive event dubbed “Live on the Edge”, featuring a private performance from Doechii at the Edge NYC in Hudson Yards on May 30th in New York City.  Organizers say the program will be live on Samsung’s YouTube channel. 

In February this year, Doechii became the third woman ever to win the Best Rap Album at the 2025 Grammys, making her a stronger force in the industry.

She also received the ‘Woman of the Year’ Award at the Billboard Women in Music event, held in March. The event honored a host of influential women in the industry.

Hannah Karp, editor-in-chief of Billboard, expressed excitement about Doechii’s continued success.

“Doechii is taking pop culture by storm, this year becoming the third woman in history to win a Grammy for Best Rap Album and dazzling fans of every musical genre with her breathtaking performances, ultra-candid lyrics, and utterly unique sound, style, and spirit,” she stated.

Doechii’s Grammy-winning project, Alligator Bites Never Heal, has been praised for its uniqueness and exceptional storytelling.

Billboard Women in Music Awards recognizes outstanding women who have made valuable contributions to the business and continue to inspire generations.
