Eight black living legends who inspired the world

There are countless African-American legends – men and women who have made significant contributions to America and other parts of the world in the fields of science, politics, law, sports, the arts, entertainment among others.

Legendary figures such as Martin Luther King Jr., Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Muhammad Ali, Jackie Robinson, Langston Hughes, Maya Angelou, George Washington Carver immediately come to mind when we think of those who’ve left a mark on earth.

However, there are several living legends, who continue to impact our world today.

These men and women are symbols of pride and aspiration. The list is endless, but Face2Face Africa settled on eight in this article to highlight a few who’ve broken barriers:
