Identify the stressor

Sometimes, there are so many bottled up issues we are facing that we feel completely overwhelmed.  This is the time to breathe, prioritize challenges in the order of importance, and conquer what we are able.  Outsource help if you need to. Just don’t let yourself get to the point where you feel your problems aren’t solvable.
