Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey
Nick and Mariah first met at the 2005 Teen Choice Awards while he presented her with an award she just won.
When asked in an interview the nature of their relationship, Nick said, “ At one point, I was like, ‘I’ma get Mariah Carey,'” Nick recalled on TV One’s Uncensored. “It turned from my celebrity crush to like, ‘Nah, she’s about to be my girlfriend.’ People were like, ‘You’re bugging. There’s no way you can get Mariah Carey.’ I was like, ‘Watch, I’m telling you.'”
The pair married 3 years afterwards but their relationship hit the rocks in 2014. The success of their union remains their beautiful kids.
