Rushil Vallabh, 29, quit a well-paying job at a global management consulting firm to establish Secha Capital, an impact investing holding company that provides patient capital to established African SMEs through innovative strategies. The company is currently investing in established South African agribusinesses and fast-moving consumer goods SMEs with a revenue between $370,000 and $3.7 million. So far it has raised $3 million.
