Corn Pap

This too has different local names in different African setting and is a favourite for babies and young children especially because there are no additives apart from salt, sugar and milk. The porridge is made from corn dough that is smoothened with water and made to boil until it is a thick white paste. It is usually an alternative to Millet Porridge and makes a good meal for invalids, pregnant women and vegetarians.
