Set Boundaries

Since we are in an era where doing away with our phone completely is practically impossible, we might as well set boundaries. Being on your screens incessantly could distract you from completing tasks and doing what’s most important

So set time-slot. For instance, in the morning, you can say, ‘I’m going to check email at 8:30 a.m., then I’ll do a quick typing at lunchtime, and maybe at end of the day, watch the news from 6 -7 pm.’
