Here are Africa's top 10 most developed countries

In third place is Algeria, ranked 85, about 20 places below Africa’s second most developed country.

Algeria had a life expectancy of 76.3, a mean of 8.0 against an expected 14.4 years in school and a GNI per capita of 13,802.
