I have not been in Africa since December 2000 and I miss her. God willing, I will see her next year.

When will I see you again?
My Muse is to never lose for any gain!
Island of beauty and wonderful words and Love to regain.
Allowing you to contemplate your options, I am your Main.

The World is going insane,
And I can testify that I’m not the same,
Like a plant that was originally a grain…
Flourish with me by the day and don’t you say nay.

Poetry is our aim!

Plagued by an ongoing poverty,
Characterizing our Wealth and Race,

We are still in recovery.

We were and are still suffering
From a shift in dynamism
As we re-assess our Kin.

Persistent is the notion of Blackness,
The epitome of every Human Being,
The essence of our DNA and melanin.

But who are we,
Why have we been the cause and reason
For so many atrocities?

Let us in!

These were just thoughts
(Heavy in me)
That are now conveyed.

Know that I miss you.

When will I see you again?
