You can’t connect with your friends

You may say that you don’t go to work to make friends. But in reality, working without bonding with your colleagues can be boring and dry. One thing to note is that these people are those you are expected to be sharing a common cause and direction with. Essentially, you are all pulling in the same direction and goals. So if you are not anti-social, but you just go to work, do your job and leave without clicking with anyone in the office, then it’s high time you found something else to do.
