Singer Ice Spice has responded to claims made by a fellow artiste who she performed with during her Y2K! World Tour.

Early this week, Rapper Cleotrapa, uploaded a long video on TikTok and accused Ice Spice of being a “fake friend,” claiming she received poor treatment during their musical excursion.

Parts of her claims include paying for her hotels and food while on tour, adding that she was forced to use bathrooms as her dressing rooms. The co-signer also alleged that she was not compensated for her time.

Ice Spice, however, took time to respond to the assertions when she hosted an XSpace recently, indicating that all the claims by Cleotrapa were made out of “jealousy.”

“You’re sending me a whole essay after tour… I don’t even know you got off the bus and you sent me an essay with an intro, body, and conclusion and you want me to try to analyze and figure out how I’m wrong when all I did was share my stage with you?

“You got less than 10,000 listeners and I’m sharing my stage with you and you feeling so entitled…You think my people that work for me are supposed to work for you too…that’s so crazy to me,” she added.

Ice went to throw jabs at Cleotrapa’s rants, saying the complaints were draining her energy.

“You’re really friends with somebody for two years but the whole time you feel like they soulless and dark…If anything we both need saving.

Cleotrapa claimed she was friends with Ice Spice for two years before their falling out. Ice Spice’s manager also responded to claims that Cletrapa was treated poorly.

“What rubs me the wrong way is we live in TikTok / social media economy where people know how to go viral for clout and they go public with something that can be handled from a private phone call to speak on differences,” he tweeted.

“I’m big on fairness and unity, peace and love…But we have to be grateful for the opportunities that we get. Sometimes the experience is not what we expected and that’s okay. You learn from it and move forward. The public bashing just means therapy is needed,” the managed added.
