Located in northern Botswana, the Selinda Spillway links the popular Okavango Delta to the west and the Linyanti Swamps to the east. What makes it even more exciting is the fact that it can flow in two different directions depending on water levels. Along its course are the game-rich floodplains of the Selinda Reserve, one of Botswana’s most popular wildlife concessions, so kayakers are treated to a special scenery of rare wildlife as they travel down the spillway.
