Meet the groundbreaking women of 2018

Phyllis Ama Tebuah Osei

Phyllis Ama Tebuah Osei, a Ghanaian police officer serving with the United Nations Mission in Somalia (UNSOM) has been adjudged as the UN Female Police Officer for 2018. She was selected for her policing work, which directly and positively impacted the community and the host state police in Jubaland, Somalia.
