21-year-old Ass Malick Faye is one of the few men changing that misconception.

Faye is of Senegalese descent and is a make-up artist.

Knowing it wouldn’t be a conventional path, Faye describes to BBC, “from the beginning, I knew that it would not be easy.”

Nevertheless, he’s forged on and applies his love of creating to his chosen palette – faces.
