Callaloo
This soup traces its origin from West Africa. The main ingredients include callaloo leaves and okra. The callaloo leaves can, however, be replaced with spinach. The preparation of this dish varies from country to country though, for example, Trinidadians uniquely add coconut milk and okra when preparing it.
