Records indicate that Toney was not in custody on February 7.
According to TMZ Sports, the NFL star allegedly put his hand around a woman’s throat and squeezed it “with enough force to cause her to be unable to [breathe].”

Toney was a first-round pick by the New York Giants in 2021 and was later traded to the Kansas City Chiefs mid-season of the 2022 campaign.
