Nigerian-British rapper and songwriter Skepta is rumored to be dating British singer Adele.
Adele, who ended her marriage with Simon Konecki, has apparently developed a thing for the rapper after the pair were spotted enjoying a string of dates, including one at London’s Crystal Maze Experience.
Amidst the rumours, friends of the pair say their relationship is blossoming, hoping and predicting that both singers go on to become a ‘great couple.’
According to the Insider, Adele and Skepta have been there for each other a lot after they both emerged from a broken relationship. They have a close bond and there’s definitely a special connection.
The Insider added: “They are both private about their love lives and they are both committed to their children first and foremost as well.”
Multi-award-winning rapper and grime MC, Skepta, has been in contact with Adele since her split with her husband in April. The pair have been seen visibly engaging in online flings as they use love languages and emojis in expressing pleasantries.
In 2016, Skepta (real name Joseph Adenuga) revealed in an interview with ES Magazine that “Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check. She speaks to me about how things are going.”
That same year, the Skyfall singer posted a picture of the rapper and wrote “Tottenham Boy” alongside a heart emoji. Skepta retweeted it with the words “love you’ and an emoji of a red rose.

He told the press afterwards: “She gassed me up. One day I was just chilling and she [tweeted] a picture that said ‘Tottenham boy’ and she’s from Tottenham as well. I was actually going to quit music that day, that was one of the sickest things ever. She’s like the lady of Tottenham.”

Both stars are from Tottenham and each has one child — Adele, a son named Angelo, and Skepta, a daughter called River.
Adele and ex-husband, Simon, are currently sharing joint custody of six-year-old Angelo following the collapse of their 3-year marriage.
