Seven times Gabrielle Union and her daughter have slayed in matching outfits

Gabrielle Union never misses out on the chance of “showing up to a party” with her adorable 11-month-old daughter Kaavia James in matching outfits.

From African print swimwears to matching Halloween outfits, her Instagram page, as well as, her daughter’s is filled with beautiful and edgy matching ensembles.

Union and her husband, former basketball star Dwayne Wade, welcomed Kaavia via a surrogate in November last year. The 46 year old’s first child and Wade’s fourth, Union opened up to Parents.com about how life-changing Kaavia’s birth was.

“I felt such relief,” she said. “To hear her breathing and crying was a dream. We didn’t really allow ourselves to believe it until then.”

With a history of miscarriages and failed IVF treatments, she also spoke about how her attempts at getting pregnant took a toll on her and her family.

“There was a lot of pain, and a lot of disappointment,” she said. “I felt like I was not only disappointing myself and my spouse, but all the people who’d hung a lot of hope on us. I felt like a complete loser and failure.”
