South African Comedian Pokes Fun at Americans’ Perception of Africa on “The Today Show”: WATCH

South African comedian Trevoh Noah is one of the most popular and successful comedians in Africa and in the U.S. He regularly sells out Theaters and in 2012 became the first African comedian to appear on “The Tonight Show”.

Now, Trevor Noah has a new job as the newest correspondent for “The Daily Show”.  He created quite a buzz during his debut when he poked fun at Americans for having a skewed perception of Africa. He jokes about Americans’ fear of Ebola, the misconception that Africa is nothing but AIDS, huts and starving children, and police brutality in the U.S.
