The Food

There are so many flavours in Caribbean food that all tourists relish about after their trip. The food, however, has many influences from China, Africa, Spain and East India. The Awarak-Taino influences are also found in the island’s cuisines.

There are some delicacies you cannot afford not to try when visiting the islands like Antigua and Barbuda’s Fungi Pepperpot, Trinidad and Tobago’s roti, Jamaican Jerk, and the flying fish and Coucou from Barbados.
