A five-year-old Texas boy, who was fatally shot while making TikTok videos on his balcony, has died. Jordan Allen Jr. died a week after he was hit by a stray bullet in a shootout, abc13 reports.

The family was on the porch on the second floor balcony when Allen was shot in the incident that happened last Tuesday in the 8500 block of Richmond Avenue near Dunvale in southwest Houston. The family said they heard about six shots rang.

“He just told me to get him some juice, that’s why I stepped in the house to get him some juice,” Allen Sr. recalled as reported by abc13. And the next thing he would hear was his injured son calling for help.

“Everybody ran in the house and the kids’ room in the house, so I ran to the porch, and then I see my son on the ground holding his head asking for my help,” Allen Sr. said.

Junior Allen was taken off life support Monday at Texas Children’s Hospital a week after his fatal shooting.

“The happiest child in the world. Jordan…. he would bring joy to everybody,” the father said of the son he last saw Monday morning.

Houston police said investigation is ongoing and are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.
