President Donald Trump clashed with a reporter at the White House on Wednesday after being pressed on whether he has taken any real action against Russia since assuming office.

The confrontation happened during Trump’s bilateral meeting with Polish President Karol Nawrocki, where members of the press were allowed to pose questions. A journalist from a Polish outlet remarked that Trump’s frequent criticism of Vladimir Putin had yet to translate into concrete steps.

“You have expressed many times your frustration and disappointment with Putin, but there’s no action since you took your office,” the reporter said.

Trump quickly shot back. “How do you know there’s no action? Really? Wait, wait, who are you with?” he reportedly replied, before adding, “I haven’t done phase two yet or phase three, but when you say there’s no action you ought to get yourself a new job.”

The tense exchange came just hours after Trump alleged that Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un were “conspiring” against the United States following their meeting in Beijing.

On Truth Social, Trump linked their gathering to historical sacrifices made by Americans during World War II. “The big question to be answered is whether or not President Xi of China will mention the massive amount of support and ‘blood’ that The United States of America gave to China in order to help it to secure its FREEDOM from a very unfriendly foreign invader,” he wrote.

“Many Americans died in China’s quest for Victory and Glory,” Trump continued. “I hope that they are rightfully Honored and Remembered for their Bravery and Sacrifice! May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration. Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America.”

The Beijing military parade, marking 80 years since Japan’s surrender, featured thousands of troops and advanced weaponry in a show of strength. Kim’s participation marked his first trip to China since 2019, underscoring closer ties among the three nations amid ongoing global friction.
