“Laugh and be happy we do this for love!”

Besides comedy and television, it seems like Conan O’Brien may have found a niche and another career in music.

As part of his Conan Without Borders series which sees him visit countries to experience their cultures among other things, the popular American talk show host touched down in Ghana in November where he embarked on a handful of hilarious activities.

Among his “shenanigans” was teaming up with popular and fast-rising Ghanaian singer Kuami Eugene for a “feel good” dance song titled For Love.

The song is complemented with a very colorful, choreography-filled music video which sees O’Brien, who is nicely dressed in African prints trying out some afrobeats dance moves including Zanku. As to whether he nailed it or not, that is up to you to decide!

What we can, however, fully vouch for, is he nailed the chorus, especially the part he added some pidgin to spice it up: “Laugh and be happy we do am for love!”

Take a look at the video below and rate his dance moves:

Before we leave, Conan may have also reignited the Ghana vs Nigeria Jollof wars with this little musical skit. You can’t just start a “fight” and disappear, Mr. Conan.
