Yung Filly: Rapper and YouTuber Pleads Not Guilty To Sexual Assault Charges

British Rapper and YouTube star, Yung Filly, who has been on bail since October, has reportedly pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of sexual assault.

He had been accused on three counts of assault, occasioning bodily harm and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.

Yung Filly, allegedly assaulted a woman in her 20s at a hotel room on September 28, after he had performed at a nightclub on September 27.

However, sources say that available court documents show that the rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges of assault and causing bodily harm.

According to officials, the filly, known officially as Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, will appear in a district court on June 13.

He is also said to have pleaded not guilty to one count of strangulation and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.

The performer and content creator with 1.84 million YouTube subscribers was born in Cali, Colombia, and moved to the UK with his family as a child. In 2021, he won the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Award for Best Media Personality.

In 2018, he hosted the TV show Hot Property on BBC Three, and later presented the game show called Yung Filly’s Celeb Lock-In, in addition to several other shows.

Reports indicate Yung Filly was accused by police in Perth, Australia, for reckless driving, after he was released on bail for the rap and assault charges last October.
