LeBron James’ youngest son, Bryce James, has expressed a potential interest in playing college basketball in his father’s home state. This speculation was given life when he recently took an unofficial visit to Ohio State to witness Buckley’s football victory over Maryland.

It is reported that the 16-year-old had a conversation with the Ohio State basketball coach, Chris Holtmann, during his visit. He further announced on his social media handle that he received an offer from the university. The 6-foot-6 small forward is regarded as a four-star recruit in the class of 2025, as reported by the New York Post.

During the summer, Bryce transferred from Campbell Hall School in Studio City, Los Angeles, to Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California.

Bryce’s older brother, Bronny, considered Ohio State as an option last year but eventually committed to USC in the spring. Bronny faced a health scare in July when he experienced cardiac arrest during a team workout. However, LeBron James recently shared that his 18-year-old son is eager to join the Trojans and participate in this season’s basketball activities.

He indicated that Bronny’s health is progressing remarkably well and has started his rehabilitation to return to the basketball court with his USC teammates this season. Following successful surgery, Bronny is on an upward trajectory in his recovery.

LeBron James acknowledged the emotional challenges the family faced over the summer but emphasized the importance of their unity and support for each other.
