Journal daily: record what you have gratitude for and purge all of your thoughts and release them on paper

Sometimes all the therapy you need is some paper and a pen.

Journaling helps with putting our minds at ease as we’re able to organize our thoughts and even come up with solutions to our issues.

Gathering all of the negative events in a day and putting it on paper can assist us in releasing the bad emotions associated with it.

Jotting down what we’re thankful for can put things in perspective.
