50 Cent has spoken out about the recent allegations against Jay-Z, who is facing a lawsuit accusing him of raping a 13-year-old girl alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The rapper expressed his hope that Jay-Z prevails in court, describing the allegations as “crazy” and acknowledging the legal team’s pushback against the claims, which they argue are riddled with inconsistencies. Jay-Z’s attorneys have also taken aim at prosecutor Tony Buzbee, with Jay reportedly calling him a “fraud.”
In a recent interview with ABC News’ Lindsay Davis, 50 Cent shared his perspective on the situation. “That was interesting,” he said. “I was wondering why Jay was so quiet during all the Puffy stuff. Now it’s clear his team was dealing with this behind the scenes. I hope things work out—these accusations are wild.”
The conversation also touched on the multiple lawsuits against Diddy, who is currently in custody awaiting his May 2025 trial for sex trafficking and racketeering. 50 admitted he was “as surprised as everyone else” by the allegations but speculated that there might have been signs of wrongdoing before the lawsuits surfaced.

50 Cent’s commentary on Jay-Z didn’t stop there. During an appearance on Andrew Schulz’s FLAGRANT podcast, he made lighthearted jabs at the music mogul. He joked that JAY-Z’s marriage to Beyoncé was “the most important contract he’s ever signed” and poked fun at the Roc Nation brunches, mimicking Jay’s speeches: “This is the one time I’m gonna be with you n****s this year. I feel normal again. Get me out of here.”
The podcast clips quickly went viral, with fans sharing highlights on social media. 50 acknowledged the buzz, saying, “Of course we’re going to go viral,” while laughing at the internet’s reaction to his remarks.
