Wizkid ft Drake – Come closer
Come Closer was one of the biggest songs of Nigerian artist Wizkid. The collaboration, featuring vocals from Canadian singer Drake, made it even better as both global artistes continue to form a very productive partnership on projects. The song was released as the lead single from Wizkid’s third studio album, Sounds from the Other Side.
This single comes off the back of another single [One Dance] by both artists. It peaked at number 58 on the UK Singles Chart and became Wizkid’s first charting single as a lead artist. It was adjudged the best-performing African record of 2017. The song garnered 80 million Youtube views and peaked number 54 on the Canadian Hot 100.
