Blac Chyna is confident that her relationship with her fiancé Derrick Milano will stand the test of time, so they do not need a prenup. Milano, who is a rapper and songwriter, also shares the same thoughts.
Chyna, born Angela Renée White, and Milano recently touched on that topic when they appeared on Angela Yee’s Lip Service, the Daily Mail reported. The couple said getting a prenup was out of the picture because there was no way they were going to get a divorce.
“Well, you know what? I’m not against it, I’m not opposed to it,” Milano, 30, said. “I mean, [Chyna] has a lot of stuff already, you know what I’m saying? She got her cars, like, that’s hers. She got her Sprinter, that’s hers. She has her house, that’s hers,” he added.
“I have my stuff, that’s mine, you know what I’m saying. But I’m not one of those people like, ‘Oh, you need to do one.'”
Chyna subsequently chipped in and said, “There won’t be a prenup cause we’re not getting divorced. That’s it.” The TV personality and model also said that she and Milano have never spoken about that.
As previously reported by Face2Face Africa, Chyna, 36, and Milano got engaged at the Howard University homecoming ceremony on October 18. Milano proposed to Chyna after more than a year of dating.
Milano serenaded the 36-year-old beauty influencer with Mario’s Let Me Love You during Howard’s yearly Yardfest concert in White’s hometown of Washington, D.C.
Someone discreetly placed a ring box in Milano’s hand halfway through the love song. He concealed it behind his back and got down on one knee when the music stopped, then took the ring box out.
After an inaudible interaction, the pair embraced, with White beaming and appearing to wipe a tear from her eye. Milano later uploaded a video of the proposal on Instagram, as well as two other recordings that demonstrate why he chose Let Me Love You for the sentimental occasion: one of himself playing it 13 years ago, and another of himself and White sharing a beautiful moment while it played in the background.
Chyna was previously engaged to Rob Kardashian and rapper Tyga. She shares a son with Tyga and a daughter with Kardashian.
