Quarantine couldn’t stop the Wilson family from revealing their baby’s gender and we’re so here for it!

On Tuesday, Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson, in the company of their two adorable kids, revealed the gender of their baby.

The award-winning singer and the Seattle Seahawks quarterback announced they were expecting their second child while on vacation in Turks and Caicos in January. They share a daughter, two-year-old Sienna Princess Wilson, while Ciara has a five-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn, from a previous relationship with rapper, Future.

Sharing the adorable moment on Instagram, Ciara, before popping the glittery canons, excitedly asks Future and Sienna which color is going to determine the baby’s gender and then asks them what they want it to be. An enthused Future replies and says he wants it to be a boy while a more laid back Sienna remains coy.

She also asks Wilson, who jokingly tells her she knows what he wants and when she’s asked whether she wants a boy or girl, the Level Up singer says: “Whatever God has for us.”

God gave them a boy! Take a look at their adorable reaction to the reveal below:

Speaking about motherhood and how it has transformed her, Ciara told W Magazine in 2018: “It’s changed me for the better. It’s made me not sweat the small stuff. I think [being a mom] gives you more compassion in life, and more love in your heart….

“There’s nothing sweeter than putting a smile on your kid’s face; there’s nothing sweeter than putting a smile on another kid’s face.”
