Face2face Africa Confirms Guests of Honor For The “I am a Professional African” Networking mixer

New York, NY-  On Friday, July 29, all roads lead to Marquee, 289 10th avenue, New York, NY at exactly 6pm. Join other professionals and friends of Africa for the inaugural “I am a Professional African” Networking Mixer brought to you by Face2face Africa.

The mixer, which will be held quarterly, is designed to promote collaboration and to foster professional relationships between individuals, companies, and organizations with an interest in Africa. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up and briefly talk about their companies or organizations, and share information on how people can get involved.

The event will bring together professionals from different industries, disciplines, and career fields, as well as some of the prominent leaders in our community.

Some of the confirmed Guests of Honor include: Ben Malor, Executive Producer of UN Radio, Sebastian Spio Garbarth,  Managing Director and Chief Analyst of African Frontier Markets, Isaiah Chabala, Former Ambassador to Zambia, Busie Matsiko, Founder of Pont Global, Michael Max Knobbe, Executive Director of Bronxnet TV, Rachel Ishofsky, Associate Executive Director of Jewish Heart for Africa, Aziz Adetimirin, Founder and CEO of  the Network Journal, George Ntim, Director of VIP Relations and Community Services at Marriot Marquis and Founder and President of the African Development Foundation, Ngoli Okafor, Actor/Model/Athlete, Krystle Davis, producer at Forbes, Nana Agyeman Merembe, Former News Programmer at AOL, John Mahdessian, CEO of The Madamme Paulette Organization, and more.

The networking will commence at exactly 6pm and it is highly encouraged that all attendees arrive early to avoid the long entry line. There will be an opportunity to participate in a raffle to win two (2) roundtip tickets to Africa, courtesy of Arik Airlines. A portion of the proceeds will go to Oxfam America to help alleviate the recent drought and famine crisis in East Africa.
