Phil Lewis
Phil Lewis is an American actor, comedian, and director who was born in Uganda. He is known for his role as Mr. Moseby on the Disney Channel Series, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off.
Most of his roles which centres on comedy have been extremely successful.
His other roles include features in series such as Lizzie McGuire, Friends, The Wayans Bros and Scrubs.
