At the age of 5, Elijah Lubala and his family were forced out of the Democratic Republic of Congo by war. They settled in South Africa, where he is currently running one of the largest construction and rental management companies Naserwa Real Estate. The company has a portfolio of more than 25 properties between Johannesburg and Kinshasa. Currently, the 27-year-old Lubala has 15 permanent employees and hopes to grow the business even bigger in the coming years.
