As a child, Mwayi Kampesi watched her father start a business, fail, pick himself up, and come back for more, spurring her entrepreneurial journey in high school. By 2011, Kampesi, 28, founded In-House Interiors, an architectural interior décor and space accessories company based in Malawi. She currently has 25 employees.
