Danai Gurira

It’s been a great year for Black Panther actress Danai Gurira who was recently appointed as the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador. The actress was the only female nominated for the 2018 E! People’s Choice Awards  Action Movie Star of the year and won the 2018 Essence Awards. Danai Gurira has been preaching to young women about how self-acceptance is key and her #blackgirlmagic showcase this year is an evidence to that.
