Stay away from screen lights at night

Most people are in the habit of staying up late to scroll through their social media feeds on their phones or watch late night movies. Apart from ruining your sleep, this practice destroys your mood as well.

A Johns Hopkins study says exposure to bright light at night from tablets, TVs, computers, and lamps increases stress hormones in the body which can lead to depression.
