Examine
In recent years, testicular cancer has become the most common cancer among young men. Thus, it is important to do regular checks on the sexual organ. Every week, you should “examine each testis in turn between your finger and thumb by rolling the skin over them.”
As you do this, check out for any changes. The most common symptom of testicular cancer is a lump in the testes. Even though most lumps are not symptoms of cancer, you should still check with your doctor if you notice any unusual feeling.
