International Model Rachael J. Williams Launches Modeling Academy in Ghana and Nigeria

International model Rachael J Williams opens the door to one of West Africa’s first ever modeling school. Rachael, a professional, commercial and fashion model explains that she had to “teach herself” all the fundamentals of the modeling industry, while working in London.

After winning Miss Black Britain, Rachael began giving One to One sessions with aspiring models, in the hope of teaching them what she had learnt about the industry so far. Rachael travelled to West Africa recently and learnt that there were beautiful, talented models but yet one of the reasons they were not used in major national and international campaigns was due to their lack of professionalism, resources and knowledge about Modeling.

The Rachael J Williams Modeling Academy will begin with a range of classes in Ghana and Nigeria this year. Classes will include Catwalk Training, Posing Techniques, Public Speaking, Personal Development, Interview Skills, Social Networking and Self Promotion.

Models who graduate successfully will be rewarded with a Beauty/Fashion Spread with a nationwide magazine; they will also have the opportunity to be scouted for an International Modeling Agency.
