Poem: Dark Purification

Omololu Omotosho January 09, 2015

Love over hate

Endless thoughts of being cozy around a lion.

Pressure was pleasure to visit nature.

More than twelve thousand miles out of touch, hugs and kisses received me.

Joy in an unfamiliar scenery greeted my foundation.

News travelled with the speed of light: former servant turns king.

First day at the oval office: Overwhelmed with the problems of my people.

On one side, my brothers can eat but have no food.

On the other side, my sisters have food but cannot eat.

The solution to the problems of my people is love over hate.
