Mike Tyson has dismissed Jake Paul’s claim that he has Parkinson’s, saying the YouTuber-turned-boxer doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
The remark came after Paul, during a conversation about psychedelic drugs with streamer Adin Ross, mentioned using magic mushrooms to “fix my brain.”
Paul claimed that Tyson used psychedelic toad venom before their scheduled fight in November, suggesting it “cured” Tyson’s Parkinson’s.
He made the statement while discussing the benefits of ayahuasca and psychedelics with streamer Ross, as reported by TMZ.
Tyson’s team has shut down Paul’s claim, telling TMZ that “Mike is happy and perfectly healthy. He doesn’t have Parkinson’s or any other illness.”
Tyson faced several health issues before his fight with Paul, including a medical emergency on a plane in May that nearly cost him his life.
