Once again, police rules Ferguson activist's death a suicide despite lynching claims by family

The 29-year-old was found dead inside a burning car two years after Joshua’s death. Seals, who was one of the first people to take to the streets after Brown’s death, was also found shot. His death was investigated as a homicide and yet to be solved.
