Set to be the cover star for British Vogue this August, billionaire and media mogul Oprah Winfrey sat down with the fashion magazine’s editor-in-chief Edward Enninful for a very candid interview which focused on her life, achievements and advice for the younger generation.

In the interview, Enninful asked what her biggest frustration with young women in the world was today and she gave a rather interesting and insightful answer.

“My biggest frustration is not just with young women, my biggest frustration is also with young men, young people who think that, and I have a lot of this with my girls in college…they think that success is supposed to happen like that (snaps fingers)”, she said. “They think that there isn’t a process to it. They think they’re supposed to come out of college and have their brand…”
