Police have revealed that a psychotic attacker who randomly stabbed a stranger many times outside a Bronx deli on Tuesday is still on the loose, calling the public to be on the alert.

The attacker took the 33-year-old victim by surprise, knifing him many times in front of Ray Deli Food on White Plains Road near East 228th Street in Wakefield around 9 a.m., according to cops.

He then fled on foot and is now considered wanted by police

Police also revealed the two men made no verbal exchanges before the brutal attack unfolded.

Reports indicate that the victim was admitted to Jacobi Medical Center, where he remained in critical condition as of Wednesday.

On Tuesday night, The New York Police Department (NYPD) released a video of the suspect carrying a backpack and wearing a black winter coat with the hood pulled up as he ran around outside the deli.

Police have asked the public not to hesitate to reach out if anything suspicious is noticed in order to track the psychotic attacker down and eventually bring him to justice.
