When the Kenya Film Classification Board slapped bloggers and filmmakers with exorbitant license fees, it was discovered that the Board had used an archaic law to make such a judgement. Currently, Kenyans are calling for the revamp of the law, which was assented to in 1962, a year before Kenya gained independence.
