Though we may be missing out on some gym time due to the lockdown, we have been fortunate enough to have fitness trainers virtually guiding us through some easy-to-do workout and aerobics sessions at home.
With some news platforms on social media also commendably doing same, one workout series in particular – BBC Archive’s quarantine fitness regime – has hilariously caught peoples’ attention thanks to the fitness instructor, Tony Britts’ outfit and workout routine.
Appearing on the BBC Breakfast show’s Twice As Fit segment during the 1980s, the dancer, in the throwback videos, dons conspicuously skimpy outfits. Wearing shorts that show his butt-cheeks and very short tank tops to make sure his 6-packs are visible, Britts guides viewers through his routine which involves lots of dancing.
With five throwback videos of his workout regime shared so far, we can say his outfit has always been one to look forward to, and of course his routine!
