Bordering the American capital Washington D.C., Fort Washington is an unincorporated area and census-designated place in Prince George’s County, Maryland, with an estimated population of 23,717 people and 8,135 households.

Fort Washington was built during the War of 1812 to protect the capital from enemy advances on the Potomac River. The estate has an estimated median household income of roughly $126,339.
