Irrespective of how they came to power, these people are regarded as the worst dictators in Africa. The reign of most of them was marked with chaos, terror, and bloodshed.
Even though some of them came to power with good intentions for their people, as time went on, they became power-drunk and started abusing people with brutal rules.
