The Pygmy people in Central Africa

The pygmy people or Central Africa foragers are hunter-gatherers who live in Central Africa.  The pygmy heavily populate the Congo Basin.

The pygmies are easily identifiable by their short stature.

They are also not granted access to basic human rights such as healthcare and some are taken as slaves to the Bantu people.

War, intrusion and logging have caused further damage to their lives and caused them to move from areas that are suitable to their accustomed living conditions.
