Oromia and Somalis in Ethiopia

The Somalis and Oromia are the two largest ethnic groups in the region between Somalia and Ethiopia.

The Somalis are pastoralists while the Oromos are farmers as well as pastoralists.

The conflict that erupts between the two groups is centered around grazing land and access to water; causing tens of thousands of Somalis and Oromos to lose their homes.
