Rapper Travis Scott showed kindness to a hardworking janitor who was meticulously wiping away the sweat of the fans during his Circus Maximus Tour in Miami. On Monday, the rapper entertained fans with a night of partying filled with sweat and music from his number-one album, UTOPIA.
In a video, amid all the excitement, Scott spotted the janitor, singled him out, and stopped the show, saying, “Today, you’re gonna be off. Somebody get my guy $5,000. I want you to just take off the day.”
He then extended an invitation to the unnamed man. “I just seen you come out the back, I don’t know who the f*** told you to go get a mop. Only way he clocking in is only if he can rage,” Scott said, then he continued to pump the fans up with his popular hit “FEIN.”
This wasn’t the rapper’s first charitable gesture during his most recent tour, according to All Hiphop. The “Goosebumps” singer let a fan perform “Lost Forever” with him at his rescheduled Chicago concert earlier this month.
The fan rapped the entire verse, and when it was over, Scott took off his shoes for him. The “Shark-A-Don” sneakers are purportedly an unreleased Nike style from Scott’s Cactus Jack collection.
Meanwhile, Hiphopdx reports that fans who can’t catch Scott on his Circus Maximus Tour can hope for an invitation to billionaire Michael Rubin’s exclusive Super Bowl party, where he and Ice Spice will be among the headliners.
